Experienced leaders volunteer as mentors. New founders and first-time executive directors can apply to be matched for a set period, with structured check-ins and a simple goals tracker.

Small groups of six to eight leaders at a similar stage who meet monthly, with their own private discussion space.

Webinars, workshops, office hours with experts, regional meetups and an annual Golden Hint gathering. Recordings go into the Resources library.
