For the curious
Golden Hint, in a minute.
Most charities in the United States are small, and many have no paid staff at all. They're run by volunteers who are expert in their cause but have to learn bookkeeping, law, fundraising and marketing on the fly. Meanwhile, the knowledge they need already exists, trapped inside other charities. Golden Hint lets charities trade it.
A skills exchange
Charities offer what they're good at and ask for what they need. One hour of help earns one credit; one credit buys one hour.
